7 & 7 Style Pork Bulbogi
What? 1st post's all about food?! well YES! one of the major reasons im still breathing air today is to EAT. I got the idea of this dish when ma baby was over in Melbourne visiting me. We went to carnegie's 7&7 Korean Restaurant to try out their beef bulbogi, it was wonderful. So I told her im gonna cook something like that. She doubted my ability at 1st. But when I really did buy the sauce and cook it, i tink she ate more than i do. In case ure thinking that im boasting, im not doing any thing like that. I modified the recipe that 7&7 invented. Without further delay, here's the recipe:
1. Ingredients needed:
- 80g of sliced pork.
- 4 finger-size pork ribs
- Bulbogi Sauce
- Green Capsicium
- Half Carrot
- Some Cabbage
- Half Brown Onion
- Tomato (chopped)
2. Boil carrots and cabbage till prefered softness.
3. Put pork ribs into pan and add half tablespoon of butter, and fry till golden brown. Add salt to taste. Add sliced pork into another bigger pan. Add some salt to taste. When meat changes colour, dump everything in, including butter pan-fried pork ribs and add 4 tablespoon of Bulbogi sauce and let it simmer.
4. Turn off flame and leave it for 15 minutes, allowing all the flavour to soak into the meat.
5. Serve with rice. yum...
